1 Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under specific circumstances to ensure fairness
for all our clients. Your eligibility depends on several factors
including timing, program completion status, and the nature of your
request.
- Request submitted within 14 days of program enrollment
- Less than 25% of program content has been accessed
- No completion certificates have been issued
- Account is in good standing with no policy violations
- Original payment method is still valid and accessible
Special circumstances such as medical emergencies or significant
life changes may be considered on a case-by-case basis, even
outside these standard criteria.

based on actual engagement with our content.
- 25-50% content accessed: 50% refund of original payment
- 50-75% content accessed: 25% refund of original payment
- More than 75% accessed: No refund available
- One-on-one sessions completed are deducted at 0 per session

Refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be
subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution.
We cannot control or reimburse these fees.
5 Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and products are non-refundable due to their
immediate delivery or customized nature:
- Completed one-on-one coaching sessions
- Custom financial assessments that have been delivered
- Printed materials that have been shipped
- Access to live webinars or events that have occurred
- Third-party services or tools we've activated on your behalf
- Programs completed more than 60 days ago
